We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Digital Marketing and Web Coordinator – someone who is social media savvy with a great dose of internet and street smarts.

Responsibilities:
- Create strategies and execute online paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Linkedin Ads
- Draft, schedule, and manage high-performing social media content across multiple channels
- Assist with building, deploying, and troubleshooting websites as well as ongoing edits/changes
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
- Build high-quality lead pages and landing pages for brands and campaigns
- Manage reporting and analytics for a variety of social channels, ad campaigns and website traffic
- Establish processes/systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be done in a scalable and repeatable model
- Make use of existing high-end database management tools to target, track, and talk to prospective leads as well as established customers
- Experiment with creative, marketing, and algorithm tactics constantly
- Learn consistently and impress clients with advanced marketing skills and knowledge of digital tools to grow organizations
- Ability to have fun and further develop your creative and marketing skills
- Writing new ads using copywriting best practices

The experience & qualifications you bring:
- Strong social media content and ad management experience (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram)
- Good writing skills
- Experience working with database management tools to bring in and manage leads
- Some familiarity or direct experience with managing website backends, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and troubleshooting issues
- Understanding of technical web details, such as domains, DNS, SSL, and others
- A data-driven mind and methodical ability to sift through raw statistics and metrics
- Experience and familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro) is an asset
- Proficiency in web programming languages like HTML is not required but also considered an asset
